• Led weekly standups and milestone reviews, keeping tasks on track and aligned with the director’s vision.
• Streamlined asset handoffs between animation and sound pipelines, reducing delays.
• Delivered the film on time, culminating in a public showcase and YouTube release.

In my senior year at SCAD, I worked as a Producer for Animator and Director Elisa Schirmer on their senior capstone film, A Closer Look. Over a 20-week production cycle, I managed schedules, tracked deliverables, and coordinated across animators, writers, and sound designers.

I facilitated standup meetings, milestone reviews, and triage sessions, enabling clear communication across departments and ensuring dependencies were resolved quickly. I also created and monitored workflows for asset handoffs, which improved pipeline efficiency and allowed the team to focus on polish and creativity.

The film was successfully completed and released on YouTube, as well as several SCAD Animated Showcases.
